Just over, it's already on to the next round! There will be another Highfield Open Air in 2025. The first headliner for the Highfield Festival 2025 has already been confirmed: K.I.Z. It has not yet been confirmed who else will be performing at Lake Störmthal next year. In 2024, Peter Fox, Province, Cro, Macklemore and Marsimoto were among those to heat up the stages.

From 1998 to 2009, the Highfield Festival was held at the Hohenfelden reservoir in Thuringia, which is where its name comes from. Since 2010, the festival has been held at Lake Störmthal near Großpösna in Leipzig. While around 10,000 people attended the first edition, the number of visitors has risen steadily over the years. In 2008, the festival was sold out for the first time. Since 2016, the visitor capacity has been increased to 35,000 due to the high demand. As the festival is located directly on Lake Störmthal, visitors can also look forward to various entertainment options: from banana boats and tube riding to beach volleyball, everything is on offer.
